Steve Leveen

Steve Leveen is the CEO and co-founder of Levenger. Established in 1987, Levenger was the first company in America to design products specifically with readers in mind. Levenger was on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies four years running and today is a leading multi-channel retailer.

Leveen holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and master's and doctoral degrees in sociology from Cornell University. He is the author of The Little Guide to Your Well-Read Life, which was published in 2005.

Leveen serves on the board of the National Book Foundation and is a member of the Chief Executives Organization and World Presidents' Organization. He and his wife, Levenger co-founder, Lori Granger Leveen, live in Delray Beach, Florida.
