Dave Logan
Dave Logan is co-founder and senior partner of CultureSync, a management consulting firm specializing in cultural change, strategy, and negotiation. CultureSync's clients include Intel, American Express, Charles Schwab, Prudential, and Health Net.
Dave is also on the faculty at the Marshall School of Business at USC, where he teaches in the Wall Street Journal's #1 ranked management and leadership area in the Executive MBA. From 2001-2004, he was Associate Dean of Executive Education. During that time, he started dozens of leadership-focused programs in companies in aerospace, commercial real estate, financial services, and healthcare, including the Master of Medical Management degree for mid-career physicians.
He also teaches in the Master of Medical Management and Executive Education programs at USC, as well at the Center for Medical Excellence in Portland and the International Center for Leadership In Finance (ICLIF) in Kuala Lumpur.
He's written or co-authored four books, including Tribal Leadership (HarperCollins, 2008), and The Three Laws of Performance (Jossey-Bass, 2009), which was recently endorsed by Nobel Laureate Desmond Tutu. His work has also been published numerous academic and professional journals, including MIT-Sloan Management Review.
Dave has been interviewed on CNN, Fox, and most major networks. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the Annenberg School at USC.
