Are You Ready For Anything?
Sudden changes. Everywhere.
If you or your organization is dealing with change, and expecting more, attending the GTD Summit should be in your projects list! There is perhaps no time in recent memory where staying productive, focused and flexible has been more important. All over the world, from large companies to start-ups to non-profits to government agencies, people are being asked to do more with less. It's a fact.
GTD has perhaps never been more pertinent or powerful. Staying on top of your commitments has gone from being a sign of high performance to an expectation of performance. It's that simple.
We invite you to spend some time with people who have learned to leverage GTD to help them to adapt to change – flexibly and with confidence. Listen to great speakers like Guy Kawasaki, James Fallows, Dave Logan, and Marshall Goldsmith. Listen to David discuss how developing your control and perspective in these times are critical in a world of uncertainty and constant change. Visit our Coach's Corner and Coach's Theater to explore practical ideas and recommendations from David's senior coaches and facilitators. Come and preview a new David Allen product that is going to make it easier than ever for people to improve their personal productivity... wherever they work.

Talking About Change
It’s impossible for the GTD Summit not to recognize the tremendous changes going on around us! James Fallows and Michael Winston are two of the GTD Summit speakers who thrive on change, and they will be there to share their perspectives. Check out all of the speakers at http://www.gtdsummit.com/speakers-panelists.

James Fallows is National Correspondent for The Atlantic. He has worked for the magazine for more than 25 years, based in Washington DC, Seattle, Berkeley, Austin, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, and now Beijing. He was raised in Redlands, California, received his undergraduate degree in American history and literature from Harvard, and received a graduate degree in economics from Oxford as a Rhodes scholar. In addition to working for the Atlantic, he has spent two years as chief White House speechwriter for Jimmy Carter, two years as the editor of US News & World Report, and six months as a program designer at Microsoft. He is an instrument-rated private pilot.

A special Summit invitation from David Allen
Officially, the purpose of the Summit is to provide and inspire collaborative and productive conversation, in a rich, high-energy, structured but informal space; and help everyone who has taken to GTD leverage it and related resources to the max. Unofficially, it is a place where people can hang out with other equally inspirational, interesting and thoughtful people for a couple of days, who share the common focus on getting things done in productive and sustainable ways, for themselves and the people they serve.
It's a unique combination of challenge, irony, and perfection that the first GTD Summit was planned way ahead of anyone's awareness of a global financial meltdown. What worse time could there be to ask people and organizations to invest discretionary time and financial resources for process improvement, innovation, lifestyle, organization and leadership development? And on the other hand what better time would there be to enhance and apply the best practices for staying focused and in control?
Our work has always been about helping people have richer, better lives; and we’re doing our best to continue doing that in a time when it's so needed. For anyone to have the chance to share some quality time with any of thirty-six extraordinary panelists would be worth the price of admission. Along with my senior coaches and trainers, I will also personally be available and sharing my latest and greatest thinking and experience with the GTD best practices throughout the event.
Because of the crunch happening in many travel and training budgets, we're extending a special registration discount offer that you can extend to your network.
I invite you to register with a special discount of 25% (more than $550) off the Summit fee.
